Important note: Due to current government safety directives regarding COVID-19, La Veranda Home & Garden Dubai is not permitted to process any product exchanges or returns until further notice. Thank you for your understanding.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return any item that meets our return policy.

What is the return policy?

  • We’ll exchange an item(s) that is accompanied by the original proof of purchase such as your receipt or tax invoice.
  • The returned item(s) must be in good and unused condition, in its original sealed packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories that came along with it.We don’t process returns & refunds for open seal, seal tempered with or used products. Only under exception case if product can be sold again, returns may be processed by charging Re-Stocking Fees minimum of 20% upto 50% depending upon condition of the product.
  • If the returns criteria are not met fully, we may refuse the return.
  • Return of item(s) under sale , promotion or special discounts are not acceptable.
  • In case if the customer reject the delivery of item(s) purchased after shipping for any reason same delivery charge will be applied.
 

Are there any items excluded from the return policy?

  • Products under promotion , sale or special discount.
  • Special order or customized items (example:custom painted items,upholstered items ).
  • Damaged or used items, which are no longer in a sellable condition.
  • Items by reason of their nature.(example : used planters , furnitures etc.).
  • Installed and assembled items.
  • Delivery charges.

How do I return my items?

There are 2 ways to return your items: Either return it to our showroom at Dubai or arrange for a pick-up by calling us at +971 4 346-8075

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective or if the wrong item was delivered?

If you notice any visible damage to the item on delivery, refuse the delivery and call us at +971 4346 8075.

Can I return an item that was purchased under promotion or came with a bundle deal?

No you cannot return an item purchased under promotion r came with a bundle deal.

How will I get a refund of my returned items?

Your refund will be processed once we approved. For in-store returns, you can also choose to credit your refund to a La Veranda Gift Card, and if you paid using bank transfer or by cash, we’ll refund the amount to your bank account via a Bank Transfer form that we’ll send over after the item(s) are returned.

Will I get my VAT refunded when I return an item(s)?

The VAT amount will be included in your total refund amount. Make sure to show your proof of purchase – receipt or tax invoice – when returning your item(s).
