- How long will the delivery take & how much does it cost?
Your delivery may take between 5 – 7 working days. You’ll be informed with our sales team about your estimated delivery time after you confirm your order.
1. Assembly & Installation Charges
If you require assembly service kindly add extra AED 100 – AED 200 depending on the size of the item(S) and it’s payable on site at the time of delivery.
2. What is the return policy?
- You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return any item that meets our return policy.
- No refund , exchange only.
- Buyer should return the item(s) back to our showroom or can be picked up by La Veranda under buyer charge.
- The returned item(s) must be in good and unused condition, in its original sealed packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories that came along with it.If the returns criteria are not met fully, we may refuse the return.
- If any technical issue occurs kindly contact La Veranda Home & Garden , Dubai for assistance and answer for your concerns.
- If technical issue is not solved via assistance call , visit our showroom to exchange the product.
- Return of item(s) under sale , promotion or special discounts are not acceptable.
- In case client reject the delivery for any reason same delivery charge will be applied.

- Special order or customized items.
- Damaged or used items, which are no longer in a sellable condition.
- Installed and assembled items, except for faulty items.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective or if the wrong item was delivered?
If you notice any visible damage to the item on delivery, refuse the delivery and call us at +971 4 346-8075 . If you find the item is damaged after you’ve opened it, immediately return it to our showroom or call us to arrange a pick-up of your damaged item(s). In case client reject the delivery for any reason same delivery charge will be applied.
